OTPA invites the community to a FREE open and informative discussion designed to separate fact from fiction and help residents better understand how the Mills Act works before the City Council meets the next day to make decisions on it.
We’ll be covering topics including:
- the City’s proposed more than 600% increase in the annual Mills Act program fee
- its real costs
- its purpose
- the responsibilities of participating property owners
- the future of the program in the City of Orange, and more
